How to install tools to develop Windows Mobile Application?

Here we only use the lastest version (at this time) of the tools.

1. Buy/Download and then install Visual Studio
2. Download and then install Windows Mobile 6 SDKs
3. ActiveSync lastest version (4.5)

That's all you need. Let's begin to write the program.
